- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and troubleshooting.
- Language preference: a functional cookie remembering your EN/RO choice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why and on what basis
We process contact-form data to answer your enquiry and prepare offers you request (legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract). Server logs are processed for the security and stability of the site (legitimate interest).
Who else sees your data
Emails are delivered through Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH), acting as our processor. The site is hosted on infrastructure under our control. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which they are deleted. Server logs are rotated automatically.
